Yes, all staff have their own logins.

We encourage individual managers to prompt their staff to complete the questionnaire. Additionally, our website features a splash screen that serves as a reminder for staff to participate in the questionnaire upon login.

We recommend that staff complete the questionnaire a minimum of twice a year, with additional encouragement for quarterly submissions.

This approach, particularly at the beginning and end of the year, helps in assessing the effectiveness of any wellbeing initiatives introduced by the organisation.
